Lil’ Jon, Elton John, Kate Winslet, William Shakespeare, and… Gnomes

What does a play from Shakespeare, Kate Winslet, Lil’ Jon, Elton John, and Gnomes have in common? Apparently it’s a movie idea based on Romeo and Juliet, except they’re gnomes. It’s called Gnomeo and Juliet. Get it? Apparently it will be animated with musical compositions by Elton John and Tim Rice who brought the songs of Lion King. Okay, it doesn’t sound too bad. Oh wait, it’s directed by Lil’ Jon.

Get a Job

I’ve been applying for jobs for a few weeks now with no luck so far. At first I stayed away from applying at game companies but now I’m applying there too. I applied at Blizzard Entertainment, Liquid Entertainment, and Pandemic Studios. So far, Pandemic has sent me a programming test through email and it was pretty tough. I sent it back mostly done and just waiting now.

In the meantime I’m working on different programming languages so I can expand my resume skills.

I can’t imagine I’ll still be playing video games when I’m 80, but she’s crazy. She’s more of a hardcore gamer than I was at my prime. And what’s with old people and cursing?
