Double Dip Trickery

So I used to own the DVDs of Edward Scissorhands and Big Fish. Then I noticed a future Special Edition release of these titles. So I thought I was pretty slick and sold them for a decent price in anticipation of these new editions. So with the recent DeepDiscountDVD sale I picked these two up. And behold they are the same discs just in newer packaging. I guess I wasn’t slick enough to actually check if there was new material or not. I only figured as much, but I was wrong. Guess the studios can pull a fast one on avid DVD buyers. Call me sucker.

I saw Harry Potter again. I still enjoyed it. I’m really looking forward to seeing King Kong and Narnia. Also Syrianna and Memoirs of a Geisha strike an interest. I love movies.

omg Narnia :D I can’t wait! Memoirs of a Geisha looks decent too - I loved the book.
Any plans for the holidays? I’m flying to Norway on Dec. 4th and staying till the 30th - first Christmas at home in 2 years so I’m excited.

I have no plans whatsoever for the holidays. Mostly relax and sleep. I’m getting so burned out at school. 20 units is no fun.

I didn’t get a 360, it’s expensive and nothing I want to play. Of course, I’ll gladly accept one if given to me :D. I am kicking myself for not getting one anyway to sell on eBay.

yeah you can’t even get one here these days unless you pre-ordered… I heard they won’t be available to sometime next year! Insane.
My bf picked up a DS which is kinda fun.. I’m still waiting for PSP to release more games I’d actually play before I get one >.>
