Free IPOD!
*update: I made a more informative guide for this here.
No, this isn’t a spam ad. Well I guess it is sort of. Some of you might have heard of freeipods.com already. Like many of you, I thought it’s just some scam and shrugged it off. It wasn’t until someone I knew actually got his that I was more curious about it. It’s completely legit, verified by a CNN bit and an article at Wired. Also various people around the internet have verified they have received their items. The company that runs this is called Gratis. They also run other similar programs like Freedvds.com, Freevideogames.com, Freeflatscreens.com. All are reportedly legit. Back to the Ipod, what you have to do is sign up with them and sign up on an offer. They include Columbia House, Blockbuster, free trial of AOL, etc. You can easily sign up for something at no cost, just pick the AOL trial and cancel within 50 days. You won’t get charged a thing. It’s pretty easy to cancel AOL.
The second part is you have to refer 5 other people to do the same thing. Then they send you the Ipod. The free TV is much the same except you need to refer 8 people. They offer things like LCD monitors and a Sony WEGA. There is also freedesktoppcs.com, but that requires 10 referrals. So what are you waiting for? Click below so I can get credit
. Oh and make sure you use an email that won’t filter it out. Most likely it will be spam filtered, and they will send you a confirmation email.
